I appreciate your comparisons so much, it’s so helpful because it’s really difficult to figure out the actual colors of polishes from a stand alone photo/video! Boutique and indie brands, in particular, are hard to find comparisons for and I’ve ended up with so many dupes and close enoughs that it’s making me feel somewhat foolish.
aw thank you!! yeah I feel like it’s kind of hard to find comparisons for indie/boutique brands but I definitely do my best to include them, even pictures for shades I can think of but don’t have! and noo I mean I do understand feeling a bit silly accidentally buying dupes, but it just means you really like that color! 🤣 I’m def guilty of it too though hehe thankfully we can always destash/gift extras!

I love that you take that time! Excellent work ethic, because of that, the quality of the video, and because if the brand owner is praising your promptness that says you are that way!

Not sure where you live but it’s been feeling hot as hell around here! I loved that Michelle said the blue was inspired by Asian art doing blue for flame and it really is the hottest burn. I think they could have kept Con Artist (unless like the orange they have 3 more reds to come). I don’t have Con Artist. Ambrosia will go great with my orange mix. It sounds like the formula for Pomegranate Seeds is better than Very Merry Unbirthday, so if they’re similar, I’m inclined to grab it. Skipped that in the LE.
its only just getting hot here!! i feel like the first half of summer was super gloomy/rainy 🌧️ but now the humidity is here 🥵 and i saw that!! i LOVED seeing that inspo come thru for this collection. i do hope you get those soon, Gates of Hell is insaaane 🤩🤩 yeah i think they could have kept Con Artist too, its def different enough imo but at the same time i didnt lovee the formula for it, its almost a bit lackluster compared to others? i might just try layering it over a red or something for more oomph. but yes i think i’d say Pomegranate Seeds is better formula wise! they both need 3 coats to look the best though
I can’t believe the set already sold out! My favs of the collection are House Of Hades, Pandemonium, and Gates of Hell. I’ll def be picking them up once House Of Hades restocks. I love the theme! I do wish there had been a emerald type green in the collection though.

I did the instagram slider thing and it seemed like my tastes are opposite to most people. Where I really liked a shade people didnt seem to like it as much, and there was like one shade it liked but didnt love but most people seemed to really like it lol

I felt 3 of the polishes were almost the same color as other polishes, just different finishes, and it was a bit of a disappointment for me. They're gorgeous, but I prefer flakies so why would I pick up Pandemonium over Shroomdom? Or River Styx over Catfished?
i totally get you! they basically are the same colors, but i think its great they included them for people who don’t like flakies 😅 i do hope its not something we see often though, while i love both finishes that can def get boring quick !

Stolen Ambrosia is basically Molten Lava in the Flight of The Monarchs formula lol. I love oranges, but mooncat definitely needs to take a break from orange for a while (except maybe a nice deep burnt orange for fall). 😅
that’s definitely way too expensive for one polish, but don’t they have a stockist? i’m pretty sure you can shop them from Femme Fatale! i’m hoping that would be a lot cheaper 😅
I love the first 2 plus Pandemonium, but mooncat's polishes are pricey and the bottle shape's entirely different that Idk what to do with them in my limited space. 🥲
i’m glad you like those shades! yeah they def are pricey so i would def recommend waiting for their sales, the next one should be around Oct/Nov? but yeah the shape is a bit different than other bottles 😅 they’re just a smidge wider than OPI bottles for reference!

yeah i think they could have kept Con Artist too, its def different enough imo but at the same time i didnt lovee the formula for it, its almost a bit lackluster compared to others? i might just try layering it over a red or something for more oomph. but yes i think i’d say Pomegranate Seeds is better formula wise! they both need 3 coats to look the best though

I can’t believe the set already sold out! My favs of the collection are House Of Hades, Pandemonium, and Gates of Hell. I’ll def be picking them up once House Of Hades restocks. I love the theme! I do wish there had been a emerald type green in the collection though.

I never had Gamma Ray Blaster, but I'm thinking that a coat or two of River Styx over House of Hades might be a similar look. I'm definitely going to give it a try, anyway!
oh thats true! yeah I thought maybe layering it over a blue creme would give a similar look, I think it would look a bit more different over House of Hades but probably in a much more interesting way!

I did the instagram slider thing and it seemed like my tastes are opposite to most people. Where I really liked a shade people didnt seem to like it as much, and there was like one shade it liked but didnt love but most people seemed to really like it lol

I felt 3 of the polishes were almost the same color as other polishes, just different finishes, and it was a bit of a disappointment for me. They're gorgeous, but I prefer flakies so why would I pick up Pandemonium over Shroomdom? Or River Styx over Catfished?
i totally get you! they basically are the same colors, but i think its great they included them for people who don’t like flakies 😅 i do hope its not something we see often though, while i love both finishes that can def get boring quick !

Stolen Ambrosia is basically Molten Lava in the Flight of The Monarchs formula lol. I love oranges, but mooncat definitely needs to take a break from orange for a while (except maybe a nice deep burnt orange for fall). 😅

I love the first 2 plus Pandemonium, but mooncat's polishes are pricey and the bottle shape's entirely different that Idk what to do with them in my limited space. 🥲
i’m glad you like those shades! yeah they def are pricey so i would def recommend waiting for their sales, the next one should be around Oct/Nov? but yeah the shape is a bit different than other bottles 😅 they’re just a smidge wider than OPI bottles for reference!
